Hoosiers for Democracy is a coalition of citizens from all across Indiana that believe the positions of local elected officials should not be eliminated. We believe that elected officials are more responsive and more accountable to Hoosiers than appointed bureaucrats.

Each community is unique, with different values, different challenges, and different needs. A “one-size-fits-all” approach on how government is structured may be in the best interest of big business, but it’s not in the best interest of Hoosiers families.
